Rectangular Vibrating Screens

Lemphy manufactures several different rectangular separators that can be used universally for test screening, to segregate solids from liquids or dry material into various particle sizes.
Rectangular separators are made according to customer needs and the specific plant requirement.

Rectangular separator main characteristics:
1. Vibration is activated by one or two vibrating motors with adjustable out-of-balance force;
2. Vibration develop in the horizontal and in the vertical plane and can be settled in both directions;
3. Vibrating motor design allows to adjust easily the counterweight and modify the vibration to find the best way to sieve a product (for gentle screening, long residence times, high throughputs or difficult-to-screen products);
4. High screening efficiency both with liquid and solid products;
5. Vibrating motor are standard and provide reliable power;
6. Provided with high quality suspension that virtually eliminates transmitted vibrations;
7. Screens are easy and fast to change and can be equipped with rubber balls cleaning system;
8. Built on customer request with carbon steel, stainless steel AISI 304, stainless steel AISI 316;

10. All product contact areas can be mirror polished in accordance with Sanitary Standard.
